Provincial Airlines is currently seeking an Office Assistant for a 12 month contract in St. John’s, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Validate and audit Aircraft Log Sheets daily & issue required reports
  • Administration of operational documents
  • Aircraft Visas
  • Maintain Online Training Library, including course revisions and control
  • Creating, editing, formatting and issuing Operational documents
  • Other duties as required
  • Qualifications:
  • Completion of an Office Administration Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • 1 – 2 years experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience in multi-media
  • 1 – 2 years experience in administrative and clerical procedures
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
